It’s the room/studio which my wife-to-be Vivi and I share. Our current layout started as an adequately spacious dwelling but has since become a crowded and barely hospitable mess as we introduced new furniture and hardware.

We have already purchased a TROMSÖ loft bed to free up floor space which will be delivered on Monday, to replace the mattress on the floor. An IVAR shelving unit will be placed in the living room so I can have a central location for telephone, fax and office networking equipment, printer, scanner and a print server which will be converted from my old PC. The studio will eventually become a fully Macintosh-based creative environment.

With the networking and telecommunication equipment out in the living room and new loft bed, we will free up plenty of space in the room to better organize stuff.
