globe KEIKO SOLO PROJECT
A 2003 site of Keiko 1st Single after going solo. It’s an old site but the design and execution beats most award-winning 2006 sites out there.
Entering the site, I’m welcomed by a subtle sense of modern and slick visuals and the electronic sound waves blend in so seamlessly. The navigation is simple, direct and requires very little work of the mouse, ideal for lazy fingers like me. The colors are right and Keiko looks exceptionally pretty as part of the visual execution. Tetsuya Komuro and Keiko, always good.
Look at the Wallpaper section. I like that style of navigating a wallpaper selection. You get to listen to the tracks and watch a 30 sec preview of the Human Race MV. While these content are being streamed, the background loops cleverly fades out.
