[NOTICE] Website moved

Dear friends and readers,

I have started 2 new blogs at http://aenui.com/ and http://ces.aenui.com/ and will stop writing here from today.

AEN UI (http://aenui.com/) is where I write on User Interface Philosophy and Design matters.
Cogito ergo sum (http://ces.aenui.com/) is my personal blog where I write on anything on stuff like science, music and religion.

The reason I moved is that this blog is getting old and kind of messy. I’ve broken up the stuff I talk about into 2 distinct groups so I can separate them. One will be professional and scientific and the other will be no holds barred, less polite, possibly vulgar and non work related.

Exclusive! Ping.sg Getting a 2nd Redesign

I’m in Widgeous office today and Uzyn passed me a mockup of what seems to be the new design of ping.sg which he said he’s gong to launch during the coming party. He asked for my comments and to keep it a secret. I think it’s pretty good and I think I should share it with all of you.

From China with Love

If you are wondering what story is behind this post title, it has nothing to do with Tibet nor politics. Brian Ling from Design Sojourn sent me an email yesterday and told me some web design pirates in China has blatantly ripped off the WordPress theme design and CSS I created for Design Sojourn.

The Miele Guide Website Launched

After half a month of development we have finally launched the first phase of The Miele Guide, which I played the role of its designer. Big thanks to Adrianna, Aun and Pauline of Ate Media who worked with us tirelessly to get everything in order, and Uzyn the PHP and MySQL Wizard who took time to learn jQuery and worked hard for the project even though he was in Taiwan for a romantic break. I am happy to see the launch of phase 1 which marks the beginning of an exciting project and I look forward to the next phase.

For those who are not familiar with Miele and The Miele Guide, here’s a short introduction.
